Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to properly comply with the orders and guidelines issued by the City of Austin and federal government, we are currently not conducting in-person consultations, appointments, or meetings. However, our office continues to operate during regular business hours via telephonic and electronic means.
Many court settings in March and April were postponed when the shelter-in-place orders were announced. At one point, the court was not hearing anything but essential and urgent matters. The courts are now hearing “non-essential” cases, which are being conducted via Zoom or teleconference. If you would like a hearing to be scheduled, please call us to discuss.
